Our dog, Albion, has lots of toys. He likes most of them, but there are a few he adores. The one I've pictured here is a "Cuz" bouncy toy with legs, by the "Tough By Nature" company. It is small enough for him to carry around easily in his mouth and hide wherever he feels necessary. It is a little firmer than most rubber toys, and boy...he LOVES it. He must have 20 toys he enjoys, but for some reason this seems to be one of his all-time favorites. He has had it since he was a puppy. Actually, he has gone through "favorite toy" phases, but one thing stands out: he has never ruined any of his non-plush puppy toys. (Plush can get torn sometimes, when he plays rough.) He has a bouncy blue ball he loves ( blue is a color dogs can easily see) and a green alien made of soft rubber, along with a similar rubber hamburger. All of his favorite toys squeak, and when there is going to be a squeak fest...well, don't try watching TV. Attachments:

Oh my! You have just reminded me that I was supposed to have "replaced" Button and Tess' favourite toy which the pair of them had ripped to shreds. I threw it out when they weren't looking as it was literally just a pile of threads. Bad Mummy  (In the picture, it's the grey elephant). Attachments:

Our pup loves soft toys like that, too...but they don't last long. When he starts playing rough he usually breaks them open by "accident".  |
