Greetings to all! I am a new member and have just joined. We got a dog from a refuge here in France (although we are actually British) this summer. he is lovely and very playful. On his passport the vet stated "Poodle cross", as I suppose a cockapoo is not a pure breed. However, after a lot of researching on the net, we are sure that we have a cockapoo. I will post photos in another thread later.
He is highly intelligent and affectionate. He hates being left alone - even for ten minutes! That is, I understand, another cockapoo trait.
He has already learned "sit", "stay", "lie down", "come", "shake hands", "up" and "dance". For "dance", he goes up on two legs and twirls around. He loves doing this and will often do so without being asked, haha!
